The purpose of our club is to pursuit of happiness of our members.
Committed to organizing diversified community activities,
And integrate into the Scout movement to achieve a happy learning concept.

The association's goals and vision are threefold:
1. Enhance the happiness of members
2. Promote the Scout Movement
3. Build a pure land on earth

1. Mid-term barbecue: A gathering activities, held after the mid-term exam each semester to enhance the friendship between NTPU students. The location is in the Roman Forum.

2. Scout Camp in NTPU: Scout activities, Scout camping activities and member oath-taking ceremonies are held in March every year. Only after three registrations and oaths are taken, can one become an official Scout member.

3. Club courses: multiple club courses, organized each semester based on topics of interest proposed by members.

4. Xile Laba Porridge: A joyful event, free Laba porridge is distributed every December before the final exam, using the meaning of Oupa porridge to bless NTPU students.

5. Rover scout Camp: Scouting activities. Every year, the team leads a team to participate in the Luofu Test Camp organized by the Scout Association of the Republic of China to explore personal knowledge, character, and physical fitness.
