The Hong Kong & Macau Students' Association of National Taipei University is a service-oriented student society established in accordance with the university's Student Club Guidance Regulations. Its history traces back to 1967 , and it began operating as an independent society in 2023. Upholding the spirit of student self-governance, the Association aims to encourage academic pursuit, enhance friendship, cultivate a fine academic atmosphere, and promote cultural exchange. It is dedicated to serving Hong Kong and Macau students on campus, assisting them with various living and academic needs. In terms of organisational structure, the Member Assembly serves as the highest authority. The Association is led by a Chairperson and an Admin Council responsible for administration, alongside a supervisory system to ensure impartial operations, demonstrating robust regulatory compliance and adaptability.

Regarding the promotion of activities, the Association actively acts as a bridge between alumni, the university, and current students. We invite senior alumni who have remained in Taiwan for work to share their practical experiences, assisting members with their career and life planning. Simultaneously, the Association maintains close contact with the Hong Kong Alumni Association to inherit and carry forward the aspirations of our predecessors. Furthermore, the Association places great importance on members' rights and emotional bonds. All members who have paid their membership fees enjoy voting rights, the right to elect and be elected, and various welfare benefits. The Association regularly organises social events, such as the "Annual Member Dinner," which is free of charge for members. We also welcome participation from other Hong Kong and Macau students at the university to foster camaraderie and fulfill our spirit of serving fellow students. The Association also actively assists with the diverse needs of students, helping them adapt to life in Taiwan and resolve any difficulties they may encounter.
