The purpose of the establishment of the league is to develop the volleyball atmosphere of the school and promote the friendship of the volleyball teams of various departments. Through regular matches arranged every week, the volleyball teams of various departments can use frequent competitions to improve their strength and raise the students' interest in volleyball. The ultimate goal is to make the competition organized by the volleyball league form the tradition of the school and to market National Taipei University through volleyball.
It is up to each league to decide whether to hold irregular large-scale events other than regular competitions. Every school year, information on referee lectures will be provided to the participants of the league to obtain the C-level volleyball referee license, and to cultivate students' abilities in addition to class study.

Organize intramural volleyball competitions and referee lectures, promote intramural volleyball culture, and cultivate sports talents.
Cooperate with the student union to organize sports events to increase the popularity of volleyball in the school.
Assist the school to promote sports activities and enhance the sports atmosphere in the school.
