In accordance with Article 45 of the Articles of Association of the National Taipei University Student Government Association, the Student Council is the legislative body of the student self-government of the National Taipei University Sanxia Campus.
The 23rd Student Council team is as follows:

1. To formulate or revise various student self-governance regulations of the Sanxia Campus.
2. Reviewing laws and regulations, budgets, and final accounts.
3. The student union is required to provide information for review.
4. Exercising the right to consent to personnel matters of officials above the ministerial level of the student union and student judges.
5. Delegated student representatives for conferences at all levels.
6. For illegal or dereliction of duty cadres at or above the ministerial level of the Student Union, they have the right to rectify, rectify, and propose impeachment.
7. Student judges who are unlawful or negligent have the right to propose impeachment proposals.
