The club exhibition has always been the best time for all on-campus clubs to let freshmen and current students get to know the clubs. During the three-day exposition, we will use flyers, experience, etc. to promote the club and try our best to attract people who are not familiar with the guzheng in the limited space and time. Or those who are interested can take the initiative to come to understand and deepen their participation in the next club welcome tea party, the first social class, and other activities, and then achieve the main goal of recruiting new members and promoting the guzheng.
Club concert
In the joint exhibition co-organized by the musical clubs, we will let more people know the guzheng through actual performances, and at the same time increase the members' familiarity with large-scale events, which will help the future large-scale results presentations of the guzheng club to be smoother and smoother. It will also enhance the performance experience of the members. It is hoped that in the future if there are invitations for off-campus performances, the members can participate more actively.
Flash experience event
Guzheng is a relatively unfamiliar musical instrument to ordinary people, and there is even an established impression that the guzheng can only play classical songs and Chinese-style repertoires. Therefore, in the experience activities, we first held it with the basic concept of flash, compared with ordinary ones. The pop-up events are usually pop dance, square dance, etc., which are easy to make people's eyes bright;
The second is to choose popular songs to play; the third is to provide the opportunity for others to experience the guzheng after the performance, allowing everyone to personally touch the guzheng and learning a short song in a short period can not only shorten the distance between Guzheng and everyone but also change everyone's impression of Guzheng.
Welcome Tea Party
In the past, friends who come to the tea party will almost become members of the club in the future, Therefore, in addition to inviting senior and willing members to perform to increase the fluency and fun of the tea party; the more important part of the event is to let new members know each other and old members, so we will also design some icebreakers The small game allows everyone to enhance their relationship, and at the same time, there is a detailed introduction to the club, so that everyone can get to know the Huifeng Guzheng Club better!
Social class
Through the external professional guzheng teachers and the precise teaching mode of the small class system, novices who have not learned the guzheng can quickly get started and learn the fingering and skills of the guzheng, as well as the principle of the guzheng operation and the tuning skills that are often needed; provide space for students who have learned guzheng to improve their strength. There is a professional teacher on the side to guide and correct mistakes in time, and in the communication between teachers and students, you can experience the emotional release and strength control of guzheng playing, not just the use of fingering.
Of course, the special classification of the students in each class will not only allow everyone to resonate in the process of learning and avoid the possibility of learning helplessness but also allow the members to have the opportunity to communicate with each other because they have the same progress. Communicate well in advance the repertoire that everyone wants to play at the end of the term, prepare in time, and do not need to communicate and find time for additional communication, further enhancing the willingness of members to participate in club activities.

Results presentation concert
The most important activity of each semester of the Guzheng Club is the final results presentation concert, which not only allows members to review their learning results since the semester but also an opportunity for everyone to gather together and enhance mutual affection. The cadres can confirm the success or failure of the club's operation and achievements in the semester.
In addition, since the guzheng is a musical instrument that is relatively easy to get started with and becomes more and more difficult in the later stages, Therefore, in order not to make the students in the club feel tired, bored, or even have no sense of achievement in learning the guzheng, some more senior or school-age members in this concert are especially used to encourage members to continue their studies. Further, maintain the motivation of the members to learn and maintain the willingness of the members to attend classes in the next semester.
After the performance, we will also prepare a small club dinner to condolence to the students who are willing to stay and perform, as well as an opportunity to get to know each other, to make up for the problem that members are not familiar with each other or have never talked to each other due to the tight curriculum during the school, to increase the cohesion of the community!
